this was a wonderful stay in Berlin. The hosts are truly nice people and made our stay so good. location was clean, quiet and ideal for the u bahn the apartment was very clean , warm and perfect for our stay the hosts allowed an early checkin , provided gifts.and were very responsive we would definitely recommend staying here ty so much

Place is basically perfect. Host is basically perfect. Cant recommend highly enough. Lots of space, spotlessly clean, plenty of crockery and cutlery, great showers, great value I felt. And loads of nice touches from the hosts including presents. Honestly cant fault it.

Positive: Super schönes Appartement, mit toller Ausstattung. Besonders gefreut haben wir uns über die zur Verfügung gestellten Aufmerksamkeiten, wie eine Nachricht mit hilfreichen Informationen, sowie Getränken und kleinen Snacks zur Ankunft und kurz vor der Abreise. Die S und U Bahn Haltestelle Wedding, sowie eine Bushaltestelle befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe, wodurch man super an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr angebunden ist.

Renovierte Wohnung mit guter Aufteilung und einer schönen, funktionalen Ausstattung. Kleine Details wie batteriebetriebene Kerzen, schlichte Weihnachtsdeko und die schönen Bilder machten die Wohnung zum angenehmen Rückzugsort.

Simons was a great stay for our families few days in Berlin. Location was excellent and apartment was exactly as described. Simons welcome, updates and responses were always prompt and very helpful. We highly recommend Simons place for visitors to Berlin. Also, a 5 minute walk to the nearest Christmas market was an unexpected bonus.

Perfekte, sehr ruhige Lage, selbst für Eichhörnchen. Alles war wie beschrieben, mit zusätzlichen Aufmerksamkeiten des Gastgebers bei der Ankunft und während des Aufenthaltes. Die Wohnung war sauber, die Betten bequem wie zu Hause. Cafés, Restaurants, Bäckereien, ein Rewe-Markt in der Nähe, ebenso ein gemütlicher Weihnachtsmarkt. Es war für uns ein angenehmer Aufenthalt in Berlin, ganz in der Nähe unserer Kinder. Sie haben uns auf die vielfältigen kulturellen Möglichkeiten dieser Stadt hingewiesen. In die Philharmonie haben Phil u. Asha, die aus London angereist war, uns zu einem Konzert mit der Pianistin Martha Argerich begleitet. Lieber Simon, danke für die Gastfreundschaft, wir kommen wieder.

The apartment was exactly what we needed for our trip to Berlin, clean and well furnished. Host was incredibly responsive for any questions we had during our stay.

great apartment, well connected for efficient public transport for easy berlin sight seeing! Positive: the location is great for the train that runs around berlin and connects to all trams, public transport etc so getting into and out of berlin centre and sights a breeze, we also got train to airport , an absolute breeze! trade off is the tracks run close to apartment, which is no issue as the apartment is very well sound proofed however if you need to sleep with the windows open et cetera you may struggle as the tracks run pretty much 24 hours a day. apartment is big, well appointed and beds super comfy too. local bakery for breakfast items and the short walk to moabit main centre that is very cosmopolitan ungrateful fresh fruit, veg and bargains!

We had a wonderful stay at this 4-bedroom apartment in Germany. The space was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the photos. There was plenty of room for everyone, and the location was convenient and quiet. The host communicated clearly and made the check-in process smooth. The only minor inconvenience was having to upload my passport photo and the €200 deposit hold, though I understand this is part of their policy. Overall, the apartment itself was excellent, and we truly enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend it and would happily stay here again!

Easily connected to central Berlin, clean, and hosts were helpful and quick to reply.

We spent 5 nights in Berlin and loved every minute of it! Lovely street level apartment that looks exactly like the photos...spacious, modern and beautifully appointed. No rickety furniture here! The shower was amazing, the bed was comfortable for two and kitchen was well stocked. The location is great as well, set in a quiet residential neighborhood with excellent transit access (just a 5-minute walk to two tram lines and 10ish minutes to the U5 subway line). There are several grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Cafe Bäckerei Olive around the corner was great for a cappuccino/pastry on the way to the tram. 5/5 stars, highly recommend!

Die Wohnung ist sehr komfortable und Ben&Simon sind tolle Gastgeber. Die U-Bahn Station war in der Nähe, deshalb von der Lage her, waren wir auch sehr zufrieden. Wir würden sehr gerne wieder kommen.

Apartamento muito bonito e arranjado, eramos uma familia de 6 pessoas e 1 bebe e a estadia foi otima, a zona não é a mais bonita mas é calma, muito perto dos transportes, muita facilidade em ir oara o Centro sa Cidade.

Beautiful cozy flat in a lively neighborhood. Excellent communication with the host and fully equipped and clean apartment.

Apartment was great. Was impressed with matching and new kitchen utensils, cookware, linens, etc. Overall apartment was spotless, no hidden issues, great communication from Simon and team. Pretty close to everything you'll want - if you're willing to walk you can walk downtown, or it's a very inexpensive uber ride. I would definitely stay here again.

Positive: Die Lage ist gut, wenn man in der Nähe etwas zu erledigen hat, ansonsten ist es eine nicht sehr attraktive Gegend. Die Erreichbarkeit durch die Nähe von U-Bahn und Bahn sehr gut.
