I recently stayed at Simon's apartment in Berlin and had an exceptional experience. The attention to detail and amenities provided were fantastic, including a fully equipped kitchen and high-speed Wi-Fi. Everything was impeccably clean, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is superb, situated in a vibrant neighborhood with easy access to public transportation, shops, and restaurants. Simon was very responsive and helpful, ensuring that all my needs were met, even helped me printing Berlin welcome card :) I highly recommend this apartment to anyone seeking a comfortable and convenient stay in Berlin. I will definitely choose this place again on my next visit.

Die Wohnung war genauso wie beschrieben. Besonders positiv war, dass sie angenehm sauber und bereits beheizt war. Das Parkhaus ist nur etwa 250 Meter entfernt und gut zu erreichen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist top – alles Wichtige konnte bequem zu Fuß erreicht werden. Insgesamt eine tolle Unterkunft, die gerne weiterempfohlen wird! :)

J’ai passé un séjour très agréable dans un super appartement, je reviendrai sans hésiter

Wir waren zu acht in der Unterkunft es war so wunderschön! Das Team war super freundlich und wir haben uns alle direkt wohl gefühlt im Airbnb! Die Küche war top ausgestattet und durch die offenen Räume konnten wir alle zusammen kochen, auf dem Sofa entspannen oder am Tisch sitzen und trotzdem beisammen sein und eine schöne Zeit verbringen. Drei Minuten zu Fuß befindet sich direkt die Bahn. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden dieses Airbnb immer wieder auswählen.

Heel schoon en ruim verblijf waarbij van alle gemakken is voorzien. Het ligt in een rustige en centrale buurt. En het ov is vlakbij, waardoor je snel op bestemming bent. De host is aardig en reageert snel. Enige minpuntje is dat er (volgens mij) geen afzuigkap is in de keuken/ badkamer.

Znakomity kontakt z gospodarzem, dobra lokalizacja i bardzo dobry standard mieszkania. Drobne upominki również były bardzo miłe.

Sehr schönes Apartment, mit viel Platz. Großer Wohn-Essbereich, geräumiges Badezimmer. Tolle Lage und gute Anbindung!

Amazing stay! Will definitely return. Very clean and spacious apartment in a prime location that feels safe. Stayed in winter and the heating system was fast and very comfortable. The balcony was also very beautiful. People in the building are also very friendly. 10/10 find

The apartment is really spacious and modern. You are four houses away from the subway and close to a really good grocery store in a quite neighbourhood that felt safe.

Ruimte was erg netjes. Host reageerde snel. Vanaf de airbnb binnen enkele minuten in het centrum met de metro. Zou hier zeker nog eens verblijven.

Sehr angenehmes Apartment, hell, großzügig und gut ausgestattet. Bester Service. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Super Kommunikation und saubere Unterkunft. Die Bettensteuer sollte meiner Meinung nach mit eingepreist werden. So etwas kenn ich sonst nicht von Airbnb. Dadruxh etwas intransparent was den Preis angeht. Auf die 200€ Kaution sollte meiner Meinung nach auch bei der Reservierung nochmal hingewiesen werden.

This apartment was exactly as described. It was easy to check in and the location was perfect. The host was excellent and the apartment was comfortable and clean and had a lot of little touches making it a really pleasant stay. Our only issue was they take the noise policy very seriously. We had music on (not at all loud, just an average volume) and were a group of 10 having several conversations at once and at 10.30pm a member of security from the building came up and told us we needed to be quiet. Whilst we respected this and appreciate noise policy’s, we genuinely were not being excessively loud and I think in apartments designed for up to 14 people, an element of some noise should be expected, especially as this wasn’t particularly late. Everything else about the host and apartment was outstanding and we would definitely book again. Thankyou for a lovely stay.

Wir haben zwei Nächte in der schönen Wohnung von Simon verbracht. Sie ist ausgesprochen sauber und ruhig gelegen. Mit der U-Bahn kann man in kürzester Zeit viele Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen. Die Auswahl an fussläufig erreichbaren Restaurants und Cafés ist unglaublich. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Great first trip to Berlin Positive: Great location. Negative: Duvet size took a little getting used to, but we were given an extra duvet on request and it was fine.

Fantastic apartment in Berlin. Clean & spacious. Clear instructions on how to get there. Accessing the apartment with their digital code system was straightforward. Simon was extremely responsive with messages and very helpful during the whole trip. Would highly recommend.
