Highly recommended for families and groups of friends! Positive: It was absolutely fantastic! The staff was friendly, the apartment was clean and spacious, had all things necessary to spend a few days with a family of 5. Negative: There wasn’t such thing

I really enjoyed my stay at Simon's flat for 6 days. It’s beautifully designed, extremely clean, and very well managed; It honestly feels more like a boutique hotel than a typical Airbnb. The team was responsive, the cleaning service was a nice bonus, and the location made getting around Berlin easy. A few things to be aware of: the space is less personal than most Airbnbs, and there’s no washing machine. I also wish the kitchen had an extractor hood, as this made cooking challenging. The shower is also relatively small, and I wouldn’t recommend the place for three people since the foldable extra bed didn't seem very comfortable. The balcony furniture didn’t fully match the photos either, with only two chairs and a small table. Also, the required security deposit felt unnecessary as I never paid that for any other Airbnb, but it wasn't a big issue. Still, overall a great stay, stylish, spotless, and ideal for couples or shorter trips, so I'd visit again.

Wir haben eine Woche in dem Apartment verbracht und haben uns extrem wohl gefühlt. Tolle, moderne und sehr saubere Wohnung mit einer Top Ausstattung! Und das alles begleitet durch einen Top Service durch Ben & Simon: Proaktiv, mit kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten und immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Einen besseren Host kann man sich nicht wünschen. Vielen Dank. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!

Simons apartment was everything we hoped for, clean cosy and with 5 star facilities. The locality was safe and easily accessible to tram and underground station. Nearby were some great places to eat.

Nous avons passé until excellent séjour dans l'appartement. Celui-ci est impeccable et parfaitement entretenu. Il est également facilement accessible depuis la gare Berlin HBF via le SBahn ou le bus ! L'appartement est très bien agencé et agréable. La machine à laver est un véritable plus, et la petite terrasse doit être agréable en été. Nous avons également été ravis des petites attentions laissées à notre arrivée et à notre départ. Enfin, le service était très réactif. En bref ? 10/10, je recommande.

Logement agréable, lumineux. Quartier animé ( cafés, restaurants), mais pas bruyant ! La localisation permet d’accéder à plusieurs lignes de transport ( tram, métro). C’était très bien!

It's a great place to be. I love the apartment size, soft sleeping materials and portable kitchen. The kitchen facilities made food preparation for our kids easy. Having it on the ground floor made a lot of sense for my kids. I would recommend it anytime.

Apartment was very clean and spacious, well equipped and close to a station. Check in and out was easy, and the luggage storage before/after our stay was really useful. Simon was really responsive and helpful. A good base to explore Berlin

Its location was ideal — close to the city’s highlights yet peaceful enough to unwind after a day of exploring. Simon was an outstanding host, gracious, responsive, and attentive to every detail. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and the elegant ambiance of the space. It made our time in Berlin both memorable and delightful.

Logement parfait aussi bien en terme d’équipement, de décoration, de service, de propreté. Localisation parfaite à proximité du métro idéale pour se déplacer. Service conciergerie très réactif et force de proposition pour nous aider à organiser notre séjour. Je recommande vivement.

Property was just what we needed for 3 friends on a short trip. Pillows are comfy and 2 provided per person. Very quiet at night so we slept well. Lovely stickers and querky things when you arrive- as well as a bottle of water, chocolates and sparkling wine. Amenities- umbrellas, shampoo, conditioner, body wash (all smell amazing), towels, clean, bedding, lots of plugs, kitchen fully equipped, fridge/freezer, selection of teas, hairdryer, first aid kit. Lots of lighting options and lamps to set the mood. Great location and a 30 minute walk to Alexanderplatz. Very clean. Up many flights of stairs but there is lift access. Great communication from hosts. Gave a leaving gift of water and Haribo. Ready earlier than 3pm and we were notified. Upstairs neighbours were noisy and up late. Taxi recommendation - on time and lovely driver. No privacy between beds as this is a studio and quite small but perfect if you're not in much. Little storage for clothes No microwave and tiny freezer

Fantastic Berlin weekender for the NFL Positive: Good location, clean and spacious. Good communication from the hosts and seamless check in and check out procedure. Thank you for the little gifts too! Negative: Not a dislike but If I had to say one thing we could have done with another bathroom or just a toilet given that there was five of us sharing the appartment. But no big deal and I thoroughly recommend this appartment!

I absolutely loved my stay here! The apartment is in a beautiful, peaceful neighborhood — it felt cozy and safe from the very first moment. Inside, everything was spotless, elegant, and thoughtfully arranged. Every little detail was prepared with care — from shampoo, conditioner to coffee, tea and sugar. It truly felt like home. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Berlin and would warmly recommend it to everyone!

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Die Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben. Das Wohnzimmer mit Küchenzeile ist riesig und Alle (wir waren 6 Personen) hatten ausreichend Platz in den Zimmern und auf der großen, gemütlichen Couch. Der einzige Wehrmutstropfen war der WLAN-Empfang. Der war im größten Teil der Zimmer sehr schlecht. Ansonsten können wir die Wohnung absolut weiterempfehlen.

Super Apartment! Besonders für unseren Gruppen Urlaub. Für 7 Leute genug Platz:)

Es war schön in der Wohnung zu übernachten. Alles war super sauber und man wird mit Willkommensgeschenke überrascht. Der Gastgeber war immer sofort erreichbar für Fragen und Anmerkungen. Sehr empfehlenswert!
