Our Story

Best friends
with a common vision

BENSIMON apartments, born from the visionary minds of two best friends, is more than hospitality; it's a passionate revolution in their industry. The story of Ben and Simon's friendship began in 2008 when both were working in the animation team at the Robinson Club Nobilis (Turkey) during their summer break. Over the course of a few weeks, they became best friends, and a few years later, they evolved into young entrepreneurs.

Because of the love of being a host, our mission was very clear and simple from the first moment: To curate an unforgettable and perfect stay for our guests. Therefore, it is our ambition to shape the entire enterprise, and particularly our team, in a way that places the needs and desires of every guest at the forefront.

We firmly believe that attention to detail in the hospitality sector can have a significant impact on the well-being and appreciation of each individual. Sometimes, it's the little things that can make a difference: a personally signed welcome letter, complementary coffee on site, a tablet as a digital concierge for reference, a TV and speakers for streaming favorite songs or shows, or the possibility of having salt, sugar, oil and other essentials in a fully equipped kitchen for a shared breakfast.

Whether it's our headquarters team or the staff at our locations, we are available 365 days a year to answer questions, address needs, or simply engage with our guests.

Like a well-oiled cogwheel, various teams work together seamlessly. Through this collaborative effort from our housekeeping, service, back office and maintenance teams can we ensure that every guest enjoys a unique experience with us. We are available to our guests at any time if they have any questions or desires. Whether when booking, during your stay or even when checking out - our aim is to be there for you as our guests.

We firmly believe that consistent energy and resource conservation, combined with continuous efforts to minimize CO2 emissions and waste, will be essential factors in promoting economically sustainable practices. In the future, it will primarily be possible to remain competitive and set fair accommodation rates through resource-efficient actions. In our commitment to "green hospitality," we aim to utilize, among other things, interconnected building automation and integrate it into our property management system. By intelligently deploying modern technology, we'll be able to save up to 20% of operating costs without minimizing guest comfort. BENSIMON is dedicated to making its contribution to preserving all of our resources - let us be a role model for others.
