In this regard, teamwork is the key to success. The seamless coordination and collaboration behind the scenes among several departments is truly remarkable. In the few hours between check-out and check-in, our fantastic team does an excellent, almost superhuman job, mostly in secret. Everyone ensures that our guests ultimately have an unforgettable stay.
With a deep understanding of cleanliness and a focus on efficiency, our housekeeping team cleans each apartment with incredible dedication. To strive for excellence, a sense of perfection and an eye for detail are especially necessary to ideally exceed our guests' expectations. At the same time, our "Cowboys" — the nickname for our craftsmen — take care of possible repairs or maintenance work. The "Operations" team keeps an eye on all processes, acts as the on-site contact for guests, and conducts a comprehensive and final quality check in the apartment. At headquarters, the attentive Orga-Team offers current and future guests the opportunity to respond online, by phone, or in person to all of their questions or needs, ensuring their satisfaction is fulfilled.“
