It was a super comfortable stay. Service team is kind and nice. Very clean and home-feeling. Cute Christmas tree as well :). Thank you for everything and love to come again.

great apartment, well connected for efficient public transport for easy berlin sight seeing! Positive: the location is great for the train that runs around berlin and connects to all trams, public transport etc so getting into and out of berlin centre and sights a breeze, we also got train to airport , an absolute breeze! trade off is the tracks run close to apartment, which is no issue as the apartment is very well sound proofed however if you need to sleep with the windows open et cetera you may struggle as the tracks run pretty much 24 hours a day. apartment is big, well appointed and beds super comfy too. local bakery for breakfast items and the short walk to moabit main centre that is very cosmopolitan ungrateful fresh fruit, veg and bargains!

Positive: Lo amplio, los detalles de consentimiento que nos dejaron cada noche, la excelente dotación de cosas de cocina.. Especialmente gracias por el café y las infusiones que nos dejaron los disfrutamos muchísimo. El frisantino fue una muy agradable sorpresa. Negative: La ducha sin puerta.. el baño se moja mucho y no es fácil secarlo, a pesar del implemento que dejan.

Wir waren zu siebt in Berlin und die großzügige Wohnung in Moabit, nahe an zentralen Bus- und S-Bahnhaltestellen, war perfekt für unseren Aufenthalt. Das Apartment war sehr sauber, bietet genügend Platz und ist gemütlich und ansprechend eingerichtet. Absolute Empfehlung, auch für noch mehr Personen.

Die Unterkunft war wirklich einwandfrei und 1:1 wie auf den Fotos. Alles war sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Platz ohne Ende. Würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder buchen wenn es nochmal nach Berlin geht. Besten Dank für den Aufenthalt ☺️

Alles echt super. Wir waren mit unserer gehbehinderten 92 jährigen Mutter/Schwiegermutter da. Sie benutzt einen Rollator bzw Rollstuhl. Es hat alles super geklappt, da diese Wohnung sehr geräumig ist, ist sie überall gut hin gekommen. Toilette mit 2 Haltestangen war perfekt, Dusche riesig, Türen sind alle breit genug. Vielen Dank, wir werden diese Wohnung weiter empfehlen und ggf gerne wieder kommen.

Esperienza eccellente Positive: Appartamento come nelle immagini. Moderno, spazioso, pulitissimo, arredato con gusto ed equipaggiato in maniera eccezionale. Lavatrice e lavastoviglie, topper per i letti, due phon, ferro da stiro e stenditoio, kit pronto soccorso, stoviglie, tisane... Non mancava nulla e tutto molto curato. All'arrivo abbiamo trovato una lettera di benvenuto personalizzata, bottiglia di vino, acqua e cioccolatini. Staff super presente, attento e disponibile per ogni necessità o informazioni dal momento del check in fino al saluto e ringraziamento dopo il check out. Abbiamo potuto relazionarci anche telefonicamente in inglese con estrema facilità. Davvero un ottima esperienza che assolutamente consigliamo ed eventualmente ripeteremo se nuovamente a Berlino. War eine sehr schöne Zeit dort im Airbnb und top lage und habe keine Beschwerden und alles war top organisiert

Wir waren über das Wochenende mit 6 Personen bei bensimon in der Unterkunft. Es war alles sauber und die Kommunikation super einfach. Alles war perfekt vorbereitet. Sogar eine Flasche Prosecco gab es als Willkommensgeschenk. Die Wohnung ist wie auf den Bilder zu sehen. Leider war das Schloss vom Bad kaputt als wir eingezogen sind und es war wohl nicht so einfach zu reparieren, sodass wir das Wochenende nicht abschließen konnten. Dies war tatsächlich etwas blöd für die Gruppe, aber gibt der guten Bewertung natürlich keinen Abzug.

Wir waren zu fünft in der Unterkunft. Sie hat eine schöne Größe für mehrere Personen und ist sehr gemütlich. Alles war absolut sauber. Mit dem Code kommt man entspannt rein, so braucht niemand einen Schlüssel. Gute Anbindung an die Ringbahn. Kann die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen :)

Nous avons passé until excellent séjour dans l'appartement. Celui-ci est impeccable et parfaitement entretenu. Il est également facilement accessible depuis la gare Berlin HBF via le SBahn ou le bus ! L'appartement est très bien agencé et agréable. La machine à laver est un véritable plus, et la petite terrasse doit être agréable en été. Nous avons également été ravis des petites attentions laissées à notre arrivée et à notre départ. Enfin, le service était très réactif. En bref ? 10/10, je recommande.
