Tolle Wohnung, sehr viel Platz, bequeme Betten, super Lage. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Absolute Empfehlung

Wir waren zu acht in der Unterkunft es war so wunderschön! Das Team war super freundlich und wir haben uns alle direkt wohl gefühlt im Airbnb! Die Küche war top ausgestattet und durch die offenen Räume konnten wir alle zusammen kochen, auf dem Sofa entspannen oder am Tisch sitzen und trotzdem beisammen sein und eine schöne Zeit verbringen. Drei Minuten zu Fuß befindet sich direkt die Bahn. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden dieses Airbnb immer wieder auswählen.

Sehr schönes Apartment, mit viel Platz. Großer Wohn-Essbereich, geräumiges Badezimmer. Tolle Lage und gute Anbindung!

Great option for family stay, modern, new clean spcious apartments in Berlin Positive: Apartments are without breakfast; but fully equiped Kitchen is there. All furniture is Brand new, apartments are very spacious. Tea; coffee is there also. Negative: The location is ok, but srongly disturbed by trains frequently passing by nearby trails. Wien we arrived the heating was Off and 15 degrees inside was not comfortable, it took One hour to Heat up the apartments to 21 degrees.

Would give 4.5 stars. Everything as described, big and clean apt with all amenities . Wifi didn’t work in one bedroom. Residential neighborhood, but close to train station. Thank you!

Чудовий час Positive: Все чисто, гарно, дійсно відчуваєш як вдома. Чисто, все працює. Комплімент від помешкання - приємно порадував. Сервіс -класний. Negative: Такого немає.

Positive: • Simplest check-in and check out you can imagine: no keys, just an automatically assigned door code. Convenient online check-in form. • Amazing hosts. There's an actual office downstairs with multiple people working there. All of them were very nice to us and helped us with every need. • Room condition and cleanliness: apartments are cleaned in a professional way, so beds and kitchen look like in a hotel. • Private parking. It's a nice feature to have a reserved spot in the center of Berlin. We were especially happy to have an enclosed parking during the New Year's night as we didn't have to worry about our cars getting blown up with fireworks :) Negative: • Apt. 4 has a very limited amount of hot water (probably a small heater tank) which can get problematic if staying with a large group. After one person takes a shower you have to wait for the hot water to come back. • Payment for the parking is only in cash, would be nice to start accepting cards as well.

I would recommend this recommendation to anyone staying in Berlin that is going with a larger friend group or family. The place was really nice and clean! And going out into the city was so easy and only took 10 minutes. I would stay here again if I were to come back to Berlin.

Es war ein gelungener Aufenthalt, der allen Familienmitgliedern gefallen hat. Positive: Das Apartment war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es gab sogar weihnachtliche Dekorationen (Baum etc.) Alles was benötigt wurde, war vorhanden. Wir wurden auch immer wieder durch kleine Überraschungstüten in gute Laune versetzt. Negative: Die Lage an den Bahngleisen ist nicht so schön, aber durch schalldichte Fenster war auch das kein Problem.

Positive: Wow, was für eine Wohnung!!!! Wunderschön, top ausgestattet, sehr sauber, sehr liebe Aufmerksamkeiten. Leider waren wir nur für eine Nacht zu einer Beerdigung da, kamen nachts an und fuhren nach ein paar Stunden Schlaf wieder. Die Wohnung hätten wir, auch gänzlich ohne Berlin, gern länger genossen! Check in unkompliziert, parken etwas tricky.

Our group of 8 had a great time at Simon & Ben’s place. We found it immaculate and very conveniently located. It was just what we needed and wanted.

Very pretty, spacious apartment filled with you everything need by thoughtful hosts. Positive: Bensimon were very thoughtful. We stayed for Christmas and when we arrived, there was a beautiful decorated Christmas tree, sparkling wine and water laid out with chocolates. It was a lovely surprise! The apartment was spacious and there were useful tips on where to find things. They had thought of all the little things you might need when staying away from home. They left us a surprise Christmas gift on the doorknob on Christmas day of chocolates and sweets and then another for our departure. Negative: Nothing to add here.

This was our second stay in a Ben Simon apartment. As before, communication was fantastic, which takes the stress away from the holiday. The apartment is very well equipped, comfortable, warm and very clean. Any staff member we encountered was very friendly and helpful.
