The apartment is really spacious and modern. You are four houses away from the subway and close to a really good grocery store in a quite neighbourhood that felt safe.

Ruimte was erg netjes. Host reageerde snel. Vanaf de airbnb binnen enkele minuten in het centrum met de metro. Zou hier zeker nog eens verblijven.

This apartment was exactly as described. It was easy to check in and the location was perfect. The host was excellent and the apartment was comfortable and clean and had a lot of little touches making it a really pleasant stay. Our only issue was they take the noise policy very seriously. We had music on (not at all loud, just an average volume) and were a group of 10 having several conversations at once and at 10.30pm a member of security from the building came up and told us we needed to be quiet. Whilst we respected this and appreciate noise policy’s, we genuinely were not being excessively loud and I think in apartments designed for up to 14 people, an element of some noise should be expected, especially as this wasn’t particularly late. Everything else about the host and apartment was outstanding and we would definitely book again. Thankyou for a lovely stay.

Fantastic apartment in Berlin. Clean & spacious. Clear instructions on how to get there. Accessing the apartment with their digital code system was straightforward. Simon was extremely responsive with messages and very helpful during the whole trip. Would highly recommend.

Apartment was beautiful, with so many convenient and extra amenities. The space was light and very substantial for us as a family of 5. The two bathrooms were extremely convenient and clean. The little extra touches such as hand written notes and little snacks were great. The hosts were very communicative and helped us with routes from the airport, such as providing a taxi company. This was so helpful as we were delayed by 12 hours and couldn’t use public transport. We were also provided with a travel cot, high chair and pushchair in the apartment. The only downside was noisy neighbours above and also in the hall, despite our complaints and the rules of the apartment block. But everything else was great, but the noise disturbance did affect our trip. The hosts were very sympathetic and responsive to our complaints but this was unable to be rectified and we were continually disturbed. We would stay here again as it is as described and would’ve been perfect, if not for the noise issue

Simon’s apartment was beautiful in all aspects. Spotlessly clean, very well equipped, large rooms with plenty of space, warm and welcoming. But it was the lovely personal touches which made it special. On arrival we were greeted with a bottle of wine, a bottle of sparkling water and chocolates. The following afternoon we arrived back at the apartment to find a bag of sweet treats for the children hanging on the front door handle and on our last day we were given a small bag of snacks for our journey. It is a rare treat to find such a gem of an apartment with such a caring and thoughtful host.

It is hard to find enough superlatives to describe this apartment. We have been AirBnBing around the world for many years now and this may well be the best accomodation we have stayed in. It wasn’t just the spotless presentation with gifts on arrival and easy check in, it wasn’t just the extraordinary tech set up in the apartment with tablet style information panel and access to front door, and electronic dimming lighting etc, it wasn’t just the stylish fit out and luxuriously appointed appliances which were quite obviously top end and not cheap and nasty. It WAS all of these things but, most of all, it was the way that Ben, Simon and Christian made us feel at home and like we were in a 5+ star hotel with small gifts left each day for us and immediate response to even the smallest request. Not just all other AirBnB’s, but most high end hotels should take a leaf out of BenSimon’s book. If all accomodation was like this, I would probably never go home! Simply superb.

Lovely, spacious, well-equipped apartment in a great location for transport links to see the sites of Berlin. Very useful to have the luggage storage room for use before /after stay.

Alles bestens. Easy Zugang zur Wohnung durch Türcode und auch alles da was man braucht.

Great place - perfect for our big group

Geweldig apartment, super comfortable en perfect organizatie van BenandSimon. De apartment is dichtbij de Wedding metro station zodat binnen minuten ben je bij alle Berlijn highlights.

È difficile dare una puntuale descrizione della migliore esperienza AirBnb provata finora. L'appartamento era praticamente perfetto, e gli host sono stati di una gentilezza unica. Consiglio a tutti di prenotare questo appartamento per le proprie vacanze perché non rimarranno assolutamente delusi.

Appartement parfait pour quelques jours Literie confortable, hôte réactif, salle de bain et cuisine très fonctionnelles. Possibilité de laisser les bagages avant l’arrivée et après le départ. Métro à moins de 5min à pied. Je recommande !
