Feel like Prenzl'Berg

I recently stayed at Simon's apartment in Berlin and had an exceptional experience. The attention to detail and amenities provided were fantastic, including a fully equipped kitchen and high-speed Wi-Fi. Everything was impeccably clean, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is superb, situated in a vibrant neighborhood with easy access to public transportation, shops, and restaurants. Simon was very responsive and helpful, ensuring that all my needs were met, even helped me printing Berlin welcome card :) I highly recommend this apartment to anyone seeking a comfortable and convenient stay in Berlin. I will definitely choose this place again on my next visit.

Die Wohnung war genauso wie beschrieben. Besonders positiv war, dass sie angenehm sauber und bereits beheizt war. Das Parkhaus ist nur etwa 250 Meter entfernt und gut zu erreichen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist top – alles Wichtige konnte bequem zu Fuß erreicht werden. Insgesamt eine tolle Unterkunft, die gerne weiterempfohlen wird! :)

Heel schoon en ruim verblijf waarbij van alle gemakken is voorzien. Het ligt in een rustige en centrale buurt. En het ov is vlakbij, waardoor je snel op bestemming bent. De host is aardig en reageert snel. Enige minpuntje is dat er (volgens mij) geen afzuigkap is in de keuken/ badkamer.

Znakomity kontakt z gospodarzem, dobra lokalizacja i bardzo dobry standard mieszkania. Drobne upominki również były bardzo miłe.

Amazing stay! Will definitely return. Very clean and spacious apartment in a prime location that feels safe. Stayed in winter and the heating system was fast and very comfortable. The balcony was also very beautiful. People in the building are also very friendly. 10/10 find

Wir haben zwei Nächte in der schönen Wohnung von Simon verbracht. Sie ist ausgesprochen sauber und ruhig gelegen. Mit der U-Bahn kann man in kürzester Zeit viele Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen. Die Auswahl an fussläufig erreichbaren Restaurants und Cafés ist unglaublich. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Great first trip to Berlin Positive: Great location. Negative: Duvet size took a little getting used to, but we were given an extra duvet on request and it was fine.

We had a fantastic couple of nights in Simon’s apartment. It was a lot bigger than we thought. Very comfortable. Spotlessly clean. And everything was very clear to understand in regards checking-in and out. Perfect location. Quiet neighbourhood, plenty of cafes and shops. Highly recommend. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Enjoyed our stay at Simon’s place. The apartment was exactly as described, matching the listing photos. The apartment was spotlessly clean. Living room furniture was clean and comfortable for lounging and watching television. The adjacent sleeping area had the most comfortable bed we have experienced in an airBnB. Nice view from the windows. (Too cold to take advantage of the balconies.) Bathroom was stocked with fresh towels, toiletries and ample bath tissue. Kitchen had items necessary for simple meal preparation. We cooked daily. So many nice touches from our host. Pleasant interactions with all the staff we encountered working in the building. The apartment is located close to restaurants, coffee shops and grocery. Public transportation is located a few short blocks away. The neighborhood seemed family and dog oriented, lively. Walking late in the evening felt completely safe. Simon’s place is a great “home away from home” experience. Highly recommend!

Der Aufenthalt hat mir und meiner Tochter sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung war genau richtig für uns. Großer Flur, großes Bad, gemütlich Küche mit Zugang zum Balkon. Der Schlaf/Wohnraum war für uns groß genug und die Betten bequem. Unser Fenster ging zum Hinterhof, somit war es nachts sehr ruhig. Die Umgabung bietet viele Angebote bezüglich Restaurants und Shop. U-Bahn und Straßenbahn sind in der Nähe. Über das Willkommens-und Abschiedsgeschenk haben wir uns sehr gefreut :)

It was clean and tidy apartment. If you need a place after long walking in the city. This is must be the place when you found peace at night. Location was good also. Thanks again guys.

Tanto el alojamiento como el servicio superó nuestras expectativas. El departamento es espacioso, luminoso, lindo. Tiene una cocina súper equipada y además el baño es grande. Han estado siempre atentos a las necesidades y además de esto, dejan un agradable obsequio de bienvenida y otro de despedida. Ojalá podamos volver, gracias x todo.
