Alles war echt schön

Simon's place was excellent, with many thoughtful touches that made our experience that much better things like umbrellas, a fan, first aid kit and many others. He even left some care packages outside our door throughout our stay. The place was quiet even with the windows open and the bed was comfortable. Would recommend for any future guests. One minor note is the shower/bath tub can be a little difficult to get in and out of, it didn't affect us but something to be mindful of for future guests.

We had a really good stay at Simon's place. The apartment was lovely, spotless, and had everything we needed. The neighborhood is lively and full of character, with plenty of great restaurants, cafes, and bars nearby, and it was only a 25-minute walk to Alexanderplatz. One small suggestion would be to add a non-slip mat in the bathtub for showering, but apart from that everything was perfect. Simon is a great host, responsive, helpful, and welcoming. Highly recommended.

Clean and spacious place, well equipped bathroom and comfy bed. The area around the Airbnb was fun and lively, with plenty to explore. Great transport links to central Berlin as well. Would stay again.

Great apartment ! Pictures are very accurate. Location was outstanding - walking distance to many restaurants, cafes, etc. Bed was very comfortable and the building was quiet during our stay. Simon communicated frequently and accurately - all went very well. We enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to return.

We had a great stay in the beautiful neighborhood of Prenzlauer Berg. Rental Bikes are available which is really nice to explore Berlin. The host and the staff are very flexible and friendly. Thank you!

A great option for Berlin! Positive: The location was excellent! A wonderful neighbourhood for exploring Berlin. The Communication with BenSimon was also excellent. They were very informative before during and after the stay and very responsive. The apartment is very comfortable and spacious and the top outside deck was a real pleasure. Negative: Two small things. The room was not completely clean when we arrived, but the BenSimon folks were quick to respond. Also, with the Berlin heat wave, a more powerful fan in the room (there is no air con) would have been appreciated.

The fourth time I stayed at Simon‘s - and as always it was great: super clean, well equipped, great style and an extremely helpful and friendly host. The location is perfect for exploring Berlin. I‘ll be back.

This place was really amazing!!…super close to so many restaurants and cafes!! The street was quiet and safe! The hosts were super responsive.. I don’t know how it could be better 5 stars!!!

Simon hosted us at extremely short notice after our booked Airbnb fell through due to safety reasons, for which we are really grateful. The apartment was clean, tidy, and we appreciated the baby cot for our 10 month old. It had everything we needed for a weekend in Berlin. The biggest plus was the location. It’s a bit outside the centre - which was perfect for us - but we loved Prenzlauer Berg. There are so many amazing cafes, restaurants and shops around that we were spoiled for choice. The area feels authentic, too, with many native Berliners living there. It was quiet and walkable. It was also nice to enjoy some beer on the balcony in the evening. The only slight annoyances we had was having to go off Airbnb for paying a deposit, submitting ID, etc. We felt this negated the point of using Airbnb. And the apartment could do with another fan. We would recommend Simon’s apartment and would stay here again. Thanks for having us!

Das Apartment ist sehr schön, sauber und ruhig, mit einem schönen großen Balkon. Die Kommunikation mit Simon war super, der Check-in ganz einfach und generell waren die gesamte Kommunikation und Buchung sehr entgegenkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Great place to stay

Absolutely amazing little spot in the best neighborhood in Berlin! It was so easy to get around with our bikes. We had great amenities that made our stay in Berlin super easy and unforgettable!

A perfect spot in Berlin's best neighborhood. Right in the heart of the action, yet the apartment itself—situated off the courtyard—is mostly quiet and peaceful. As a result I slept very well. And I also really enjoyed the roof terrace, which is the property's standout feature. Communication with and service from Ben and Simon were excellent.

We had a fantastic three nights in the apartment. It’s in a great area, with so many restaurants and bars and excellent transport links, but it’s also super quiet as it looks over an inner courtyard and park. We loved having the balcony (we were lucky with the weather) and having breakfast out there was a real bonus. The flat was excellently equipped with everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. Simon and Ben were super responsive and the goodies on arrival and during the stay were a lovely touch. Would 100% recommend!

Schöne Unterkunft, zentral gelegen (ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zur Tram Station), Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nah, sehr modernes Badezimmer, Küchenausstattung war in Ordnung für ein Airbnb, aber leider super viele automatisierte Nachrichten vom Gastgeber erhalten. Sowohl vorab als auch beim Aufenthalt selbst. Kaution sowie Reinigungsgebühr musste über deren Webseite bezahlt werden, nicht im Airbnb Preis enthalten. Auf der Seite musste ebenfalls der Personalausweis hochgeladen werden. Würde ich mir persönlich anders wünschen.
