Payment condition & cancelation policy (valid for different locations):

Please note:
By law an additional culture and tourism tax of 7.5% ("city tax") is charged for leisure travelers, which is not included in the total price. Payment is made at online check-in.

• BENSIMON Mitte / Wedding // Lynarstr. 4, 13353 Berlin (all apartments)
• BENSIMON Prenzlauer Berg // Choriner Str. 37, 10437 Berlin, Apartment with 2 bedrooms (Apartment 4 + 5)

> 25% deposit / pre-payment after booking. Final payment (75%) upon check-in in cash.

> Free cancellation up to 5 days before arrival. In the event of late cancellation, early departure or no-show, the agreed rate / rent will be charged at 100%.

For the connecting apartments („Entire Floor“) the following cancelation policy is valid:

> Free cancellation up to 30 days (11.00 a.m.) before arrival. In the event of late cancellation, early departure or no-show, the agreed rate / rent will be charged at 100%.

The following payment condition & cancelation policy are valid for:

• BENSIMON Prenzlauer Berg // Choriner Str. 37, 10437 Berlin, (except Apt 4 + 5)
• BENSIMON Charlottenburg // Haubachstr. 17 - 19, 10585 Berlin

> 100% prepayment is required after booking.

> The apartment can be canceled free of charge up to 48 hours before the day (11.00 a.m.) of arrival. In the event of late cancellation, early departure or no-show, the agreed rate / rent will be charged at 100%.

House Rules of BENSIMON apartments GmbH

The following house rules apply to all locations. By booking, you confirm that you have read and agree to our house rules. In case of any violations of our house rules, we reserve the right to terminate your booking immediately and claim any possible damages or incurred costs:

Check In / Arrival (please note):

The apartment can be entered at the latest from 3 PM on the day of arrival and should be vacated before 11 AM on the day of departure. If the apartment is ready for occupancy earlier, you will receive a message from us on the day of your arrival. Furthermore you can store luggage in our luggage room before entering or after leaving the apartment.

We will send you a link for your online check in 3 days before your arrival. At the online check-in you will receive the door code for your apartment and all information about entering the apartment.

At the online check in we request a damage deposit (between 200 and 400€) via PaPal or credit card. The deposit will be only "blocked", but not debited. The deposit will be released approx. 24 hours after a flawless check-out.

No disturbing noise, music (after 22:00 o’clock) or parties

This is a residential neighborhood, so please take special care to avoid disturbing noise (especially in the backyard) and respect the night's rest of our neighbors and guests from 22:00 o'clock (10 pm) on. In case of serious offenses, we have to terminate your stay immediately.

Parties / events are only possible after consultation with us as the operator. If there is no permission for this and there are disturbances, minimum €1,000.00 will be charged. We reserve the right to claim further damages.

The maximum number of guests that is allowed to stay in our apartments is the same number of persons for whom the apartment was booked. Exceptions are only possible after consultation with us as the operator. In case of violations, we have to terminate your stay immediately and reserve the right to retain the deposit.

CCTV are installed in the staircase of the building for security purposes. By entering, you consent to being recorded. A nightshift manager is on site.

Damages, losses and violations

With great attention to detail we have furnished our apartments with high-quality inventory. Please check your apartment when you first enter. In case of any existing damages, we will inform you in advance and/or place an 'under construction' sign. If you find any damage or inadequate conditions in your apartment, please inform us immediately.

Please use our property carefully and inform us immediately in case of damage. We reserve the right to charge you the replacement value for larger damages/violations. The door code provided at check-in may only be passed on to accompanying guests. If the door code is passed on to third parties, BENSIMON apartments reserves the right to terminate the booking with immediate effect.

We follow a strict anti-drug policy, which includes also smoking or consumation of canabis on the hotel premises.

Due to the increased risk of fire (fire protection) and risk of damage, barbecues and the use of water pipes (“shishas”) inside and outside the apartment are prohibited. In case of violation, which already includes the mere carrying into the apartment, minimum €200.00 will be charged.

No smoking and no animals in our apartments

Each of our apartments is equipped with smoke detectors. Smoking inside the apartment (incl. e-cigarettes) are not allowed. If you wish to smoke, please use the balcony. Pets are not allowed inside the apartments. In case of contraventions a special cleaning fee of €200.00 will be charged.

Returning the apartment

On your day of departure, the check-out of the apartment has to be done until 11:00 o’clock (11 am). We are happy to offer you to store your luggage until your departure (except for our location “Upper Westside”). Of course, a final cleaning is included in the price of your overnight stay. However, we would like to point out that we have to charge a special cleaning fee of minimum €100.00 for heavily soiled apartments. Heavy soiling also includes possible odor nuisance.

Violations of our house rules can lead to an immediate cancellation of your booking. A refund of the overnight stay costs is excluded.

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of bensimon's Website, located at bensimon.holidayfuture.com.

By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use bensimon if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.

Unless otherwise stated, BENSIMON apartments GmbH and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on bensimon. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from bensimon for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

• Republish material from bensimon
• Sell, rent or sub-license material from bensimon
• Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from bensimon
• Redistribute content from bensimon

This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof.
Parts of this website offer an opportunity for users to post and exchange opinions and information in certain areas of the website. bensimon does not filter, edit, publish or review Comments prior to their presence on the website. Comments do not reflect the views and opinions of bensimon,its agents and/or affiliates. Comments reflect the views and opinions of the person who posts their views and opinions.
