Welcome to Berlin's island district: Moabit is the bridge between Berlin East and West.

Because of the love of being a host, our mission was very clear and simple from the first moment: We want our guests to feel at home in our apartments, without having to compromise on the comfort of a classic boutique hotel. The factory building on Sickingenstraße was constructed at the beginning of the 20th century (1903) as a traditional manufacturing site for surgical instruments.

Location

The industrial charm of the building and the possibility to fully adapt it to the needs of our guests motivated us in 2016 to completely transform it into a modern and authentic apartment house. In each of our seven apartments, our guests will find high-quality furnishings and extensive amenities that leave nothing to be desired and guarantee maximum comfort.

Fun fact:You practically live on a Berlin "island": Moabit is completely surrounded by waterways or canals. If you don't feel like swimming, you can use one of the 26 bridges to reach both the western and eastern parts of the city. As part of Berlin-Mitte, Moabit offers a perfect starting point to enjoy a variety of cultural hotspots, nightlife, and attractions.

The location on Sickingenstraße is ideal for succumbing to the unspoiled charm of Berlin and experiencing the multicultural flair of a world metropolis.

We were a group of 10 people staying in this Airbnb, and it served us very well! We had two connecting apartments, and they were roomy. Good communication from Simon. Close to public transport, so easy to get around. Some shops, cafés, etc nearby as well, but you'll likely want to jump on a bus or train to get to a more lively area.

Berlin’de yaptığımız konaklamadan çok memnun kaldık.Ev,düzen temizlik ve yerleşim olarak son derece kullanışlı ve yeniydi.Mutfak eşyaları tam ve kaliteliydi.Kışın gittiğimiz için ısıtması son derece iyiydi.Banyo tertemizdi.Simon ve ekibi tarafından her gün verilen küçük hediyeler bizim için güzel bir jest oldu.Apartman içinde aracı ile gelecek olanlar için özel araç park yeri bile vardı.Ayrıca şehir içi ulaşımını tren otobüs ve metro ile yapmayı düşünenler için de istasyona çok yakın konumdaydı.Güzel konukseverlikleri için Simon ve ekibine teşekkür ederiz.

Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön, sehr sauber und sehr gemütlich. Alles war top gepflegt und wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohlgefühlt. Ausstattung und Zustand der Wohnung haben uns absolut überzeugt. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt: Man muss in der Wohnung extrem leise sein. Wir waren abends mit mehreren Personen zusammen, haben ganz normal geredet, gelacht und Gesellschaftsspiele gespielt. Schon diese normale Gesprächslautstärke – auch nach 22 Uhr – wurde als zu laut empfunden, und wir wurden mehrfach darauf hingewiesen, leiser zu sein. Das fanden wir etwas schade, da wir weder Musik gehört noch gefeiert haben, sondern einfach einen ruhigen Spieleabend hatten. Am Ende mussten wir das Spielen abbrechen bzw. die Wohnung verlassen, um Ärger zu vermeiden. Abgesehen davon war alles wirklich sehr schön, und die Wohnung selbst können wir definitiv weiterempfehlen – man sollte sich nur bewusst sein, dass dort abends wirklich nur sehr eingeschränkte Lautstärke möglich ist.

Beyond my expectations!!! Positive: The place definitely exceeded all my expectations. The apartment is big, clean, comfy, well furnished, the kitchen has all necessary elements to cook without problems. The staff is so supportive and always attentive to help all the time. The separate storage room is something that blow my mind. I recommend this place 10000%. Definitely, I must-to-stay in Berlin Negative: My and my family have no any complaints, but just to say the less, the apartment is a bit far from the touristic places, but around 5 minutes walking to the train station, so with good planning, you can reach easily everywhere you nat to go.

Spontan gebucht und vom ersten Moment an absolut zufrieden. Nach der langen Fahrt haben sich unsere fünf Kinder sofort wohlgefühlt, was für uns das Wichtigste war. Der Check-in war sehr einfach und unkompliziert. Die Unterkunft ist gepflegt, modern und hervorragend ausgestattet. Es fehlte wirklich an nichts – Kaffeemaschine, Waschmaschine inklusive Waschmittel sowie eine Spülmaschine mit Tabs waren vorhanden. Besonders schön waren das persönliche Anschreiben auf dem Tisch und der Weihnachtsbaum, der der Unterkunft eine sehr heimische und warme Atmosphäre verliehen hat. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Serviceable location, close to S train. Clean, spacious and had all amenities we needed. Beds were very comfortable and the closeness to trains did not affect our sleep. Perfect for what we needed, a comfortable cozy spot to sleep with easy access to trains and downtown sightseeing and Christmas markets. The welcome and evening gifts thrilled our granddaughter.

No smoking Smoking (incl. e-cicarettes) is not allowed inside the apartments or the apartment building. We follow a strict anti-drug policy, which includes as well the consumption of cannabis / marijuana etc.

No BBQ Please refrain from BBQing and smoking water pipes on the hotel premises, including on balconies and terraces.

No pets Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any kind of pets.

We have made our entire check-in process available online to provide you with the most flexible and convenient check-in possible. You will receive an invitation for your online check-in within 72 hours before your arrival. The online check-in is an elementary part of your booking, as you will only receive your door code when you have completed the check-in process.

Our apartment buildings and apartments are equipped with a keyless door lock system that can be opened with door codes. The door code usually has 4 digits and is valid from the day of arrival to the day of departure.

The earliest check-in time we can guarantee you is 15 o'clock (3 pm). Previous guests are allowed to stay in the apartment until the regular check-out at 11 o'clock (11 am), just like you. In order to give you a clean and prepared apartment, we need the time in between for cleaning. If we can provide you with the apartment before the regular check-in time, we will inform you on the same day.

Unfortunately, the latest check-out we can promise you is 11 o'clock (11 am). The guests who booked the apartment after you are allowed to check into the apartment as of 15 o'clock (3 pm) and we need about 3-4 hours after your departure to prepare the apartment. If the guests after you plan to arrive later, we will be happy to let you know again.

We'd be happy to provide a cot, baby chair, and/or stroller for your little one at no extra charge (subject to availability). Just let us know at least one day before your arrival, and we'll make sure everything is ready for you.
