Super Wohnung viel Platz

Der Service vom Team war extrem gut. Aufgrund der Hitze in Berlin bei unserem Aufenthalt hatten wir telefonisch nachgefragt, ob es die Möglichkeit gäbe Ventilatoren zu bekommen in der Wohnung. Daraufhin wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass sich bereits proaktiv darum gekümmert wurde. Super Service und extrem gute Lage um in die Stadt zu gelangen. Wärmste Empfehlung. Vielen Dank!

Wir waren während einer Hitzewelle in Berlin. Das Apartment war angenehm kühl und die Ventilatoren waren nur nötig, als wir gegessen hatten. Sehr schönes Apartment, gerne wieder

Positive: Muito bem localizado, o staff excelente e nos atendia com muita educação e prestativos. Quarto limpo e organizado e tem tudo que é necessário pra estadia. Recomendo.

Wirklich schönes AirBnb, hat alles was man braucht und alles ist sehr sauber. Trotz Hitzewelle (40 Grad in Berlin) war es schön klimatisiert in der Wohnung. Wir würden wieder dort buchen wenn wir zurück gehen.

Vilket underbart boende! Rent och lyxigt. Massa detaljer som avslöjar att dessa värdar verkligen bryr sig om sina besökare. Området är också toppen. Gator fyllda med mysiga ställen att äta och dricka. Men även nära U-Bahn och spårvagn för den som vill utforska staden. Stort tack från Elvis o Co!

Die Kommunikation war sehr angenehm. Die Herren sind sehr Kunden- und Serviceorientiert. Leider gab es keine Klima im heißesten Berlin (Ende Juni 2026) und es heizte sich sehr auf. Der Gefrierschrank war bei der Ankunft defekt, dies habe ich gemeldet und es wurde sehr professionell geregelt. Betten waren sehr bequem.

Richtig schöne, moderne Unterkunft in unmittelbarer Nähe zur U-Bahn. Wir hatten einen Super Aufenthalt!

Apartment 0 - family of 5 Positive: Pleasant apartment, very clean and staff very helpful - eg more towels arrived within 5 minutes of request. Apartment thoughtfully designed with everything needed to hand. We were there during a heatwave, and there were plenty of fans provided (4 for the 3 bedroom apartment).

We had a great stay at Ben & Simon‘s place who offer roughly 10 apartments in the same building… everything is well organized. Temperature went above 38 degrees Celsius during our stay, thus we were very happy about the fan in each room that allowed us to sleep despite the heat. Minus: Wifi and live TV didn‘t work during our stay (but were not so important to us, we had a laptop as a fallback to watch soccer) The sofa in the living room did not match the premium quality of the rest of the furniture Plus: well equipped kitchen great showers fans in the sleeping rooms :-) Overall, we‘d definitely love to come back.

The apartment is located in a very convenient area, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. The apartment itself is very well equipped and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Upon arrival, we were also pleasantly surprised by the welcome amenities, which was a very thoughtful touch. We would definitely be happy to stay here again in the future.

Wir hatten eine kurze, aber wirklich tolle Zeit! Das Apartment war sehr sauber und wir haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt. Besonders aufmerksam fanden wir die hilfreichen Tipps (z. B. zum Public Viewing) und die freundliche Kommunikation. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, den wir gerne weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank!

we enjoyed our stay a lot, in a bigger group it was amazing to have two bathrooms, and door codes to get in anytime. the beds were super comfortable and we all enjoyed our stay. will definitely consider to come back :)

Positive: It was clean and the apartment had everything you would need for a short stay. It is very close to the train station which makes getting around Berlin very easy.

Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben und ist mit allem notwendigen für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ausgestattet

A comfortable place to stay with good transport links. Apartment was nice but needs air conditioning and wasn’t that clean. Otherwise was good

Sehr Hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, tägliche Nachrichten mit Infos und oder Hinweisen, sehr saubere Wohnung, gemütliche Betten, alles wird bereitgestellt (Haartrockner, Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett, kostenfreie Nutzung der Waschmaschine, usw.), Tablet in der Wohnung mit u.a. Restaurantempfehlungen/Freizeitaktivitäten.. Haben uns einfach wohl gefühlt! :-)

Thank you for a great stay at a spotless place! I really appreciated that the apartment was spotless. I can highly recommend Simon’s place. Even though it is on the ground floor, it was quiet and the neighbourhood was peaceful. Thank you for the dyson’s that helped manage the heat really well.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was spotless, and everything looked brand new. The host was incredibly kind and thoughtful. We especially appreciated the little gift waiting for us each day—it was such a lovely and personal touch. The location was also excellent, with plenty of great restaurants nearby, making it very convenient to explore the area. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Berlin!

The place was lovely inside. The bathroom was nice and shower was great. The bed was comfortable and the best thing were the block out curtains in the bedroom. The small fold out bed for our 2 year old wasn’t overly comfortable but she seemed fine with it. The couch wasn’t overly comfortable as the cushions kept moving and exposing the hard fold out bed underneath. The area didn’t feel overly safe, on the first night it sounded like someone was trying to get in through the front door and multiple times the doorbell for our accommodation was pressed.
