Zonder overdrijven: Wat een fantastisch verblijf! Het moderne appartement is met smaak ingericht, zeer proper en ideaal gelegen, op wandelafstand van de metro. Aan alles is gedacht. Alles wat je nodig hebt is meer dan voldoende aanwezig. De ruime inloopdouche is echt zalig en het hele appartement voelt heerlijk comfortabel en ruim aan. We werden extra verrast door de attente boodschappen en leuke extra’s tijdens ons verblijf – zo’n warm welkom maakt echt het verschil. De communicatie verliep bovendien vlot en snel, wat alles nog aangenamer maakte. Je voelt je hier meteen thuis. Wij komen héél graag terug! Berlijn is een geweldige stad, maar het appartement van Bensimon is echt de kers op de taart. Een absolute aanrader!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable and exactly as described. The location was perfect and made it easy to explore the area. The host was very friendly, responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

Incroyable séjour ; nous recommandons!!! Positive: Nous avons séjourné en couple 3 nuits dans ce super appartement très propre et très grand. La cuisine est bien équipée pour cuisiner. Nous avions une machine à laver et un grand balcon . Il y a un ascenseur, dépôt à bagages,des vélos en location sur place, à quelques minutes à pied du métro , du tram et d’un supermarché. Coup de coeur pour le quartier avec de nombreux restaurants et bar à 2-3 minutes à pieds tout en étant très tranquille . Au début nous voulions vraiment séjourner dans quartier kreuzberg de Berlin et finalement nous avons trouvé ce quartier moche . Nous avons adoré le quartier de cette appartement qui est vivant, typique et intéressant au niveau culturel et tout proche de plusieurs beer garden.Si nous revenons à Berlin, nous y retournerons car nous avons adoré notre séjour. Nous vous recommandons fortement

I strongly recommend this apartment. The location is very good and near de S+U tram. It is 7 to 8 min to the Train station. The Check-in and check-out are very simple as well as the access to the apartment. The team is very polite and the communication is proactive and flexible. The apartment is so beautiful and clean. It looks exactly like in picture. I spent an amazing time with my friends and the end they didn't want to leave the apartment Because It was so confortable. We also appreciated the welcome wine offer by Ben & Simon. The Kitchen is fully furnished and you have anything you need. I will love to come back again to this apartment. Thanks a lot Ben & Simon for the great hospitality.

Très bon accueil. Appartement conforme aux photos et description. Très propre et bien équipé. La literie est bonne. Le quartier est calme. Transports en commun à 5 mn à pieds, trés pratique et facile d'aller au centre. Proche d'un supermarché. Je recommande fortement de loger ici. Des petites attentions tout au long du sejour.

Gute Wahl! Positive: Super Lage, unkompliziert und angenehmes Apartment. Negative: Wohnzimmer etwas eng bei ausgezogener Schlafcouch für zwei Kinder.

Great apartment. Had everything we needed, all in good condition. Safe accessible neighbourhood. Surprisingly quiet given how close it is to the train line. Good choice of food shops close by. Comfortable beds. Let us check in early which was super helpful. Very responsive when needed. Thanks so much. Would definitely book again if in Berlin. Great city!

Wunderschöne, geräumige Wohnung, sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles ist gut durchdacht und es fehlt an nichts, vor allem die Ausstattung der Küche übertrifft das was man normalerweise in Ferienwohnungen vorfindet, Dusche und Betten komfortabel. Nahe an U/S-Bahn und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Gastgeber waren jederzeit gut zu erreichen. Klare Empfehlung!

Will come back to BENSIMON apartments for sure! Positive: Excellent accommodation, comfortable beds, very clean apartment with lots of light, equipped kitchen, although we didn't use most of the equipment, but there were coffee and tea which was very handy. Location was just perfect, close to the centre, easy to go anywhere in Berlin. Quite area for sleeping, but also shops and restaurants were in a walking distance. Although we haven't met the host, all the communication with them was so easy and timely, they helped us with few small issues and recommendations. A lovely gift pack with supplies awaited for us each day with a personalized message which was so so sweet. Also, it is such an advantage that we could leave our luggage in their premises the last day of our visit. Also keyless door with a code is so handy. We really enjoyed our stay although a short one and are sure to go back in the same accommodation next time. Thanks for everything, you really made our stay in Berlin fantastic! Negative: Absolutely notheing to write about what we didn't like. It was just perfect.

Wir hatten einen ausgesprochen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Alles wie beschrieben und sehr komfortabel.

Wir haben das erste Mal Airbnb gemacht und haben es Dank dieser Unterkunft und deren Besitzern nicht bereut! Es gab zwar auch ein kleines Problem, ABER es wurde super schnell reagiert und darauf eingegangen. Es können Dinge schief gehen...so ist das Leben. Wichtig ist, wie wird damit umgegangen und das passt hier auf jeden Fall!! Die Austattung ist super, man muss nicht noch den halben Hausstand mitbringen wie Kaffee, Tee, Zucker, Gewürze etc, die Geräte top und die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll. Am allerbesten...eine Dusche mit richtig guter Düse...ich hasse Tröpfelduschen...die hier ist mega und es geht nichts über eine gute warme Dusche nach einem langen Sightseeing-Tag in der Stadt. Damit steigt und fällt echt der Erholungswert

Die Wohnung liegt ideal für einen Berlin-Besuch. Sie war super sauber und hat alles, was man so benötigt. Wir waren zu viert und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke!

Schöne Wohnung. Ideal auch für Familien.

Very efficiently organised Airbnb with a smooth process from start to end. Although very automated there were small personal details that added value to the stay. The area is a tiny way off the most central parts, quiet but only one block from lively Kastanienallee. The apartment not too cosy maybe, but light, clean, well maintained and equipped , overlooking a green yard having a nice balcony. The bed and linen had a hotel feeling in that nice way. Kitchen and bathroom well equipped. Small necessities provided and all appliances that you would need were there and functional. Safe appreciated. Stay here for an easy, quiet and safe stay!

I can only recomend this place for your stay in Berlin. The apartment is a 5 min walk away from a great supermarket, metro and train station. The apartment was clear, smelled good, and the kitchen was super complete with all the essentials. Simon is very nice, responsive and always weiling to help us with anything we needed. Denifitly worth the investment if you are traveling with family or friends and need a spacious and confortable place to rest at the end of the day.
