Alles war echt schön

appartement très confortable et bien équipé. La proximité d'une station de métro a facilité les déplacements. seuls petits bémols : 4eme étage sans ascenseur et bruit des trains qui passent à proximité.

Simon's place was excellent, with many thoughtful touches that made our experience that much better things like umbrellas, a fan, first aid kit and many others. He even left some care packages outside our door throughout our stay. The place was quiet even with the windows open and the bed was comfortable. Would recommend for any future guests. One minor note is the shower/bath tub can be a little difficult to get in and out of, it didn't affect us but something to be mindful of for future guests.

We had a really good stay at Simon's place. The apartment was lovely, spotless, and had everything we needed. The neighborhood is lively and full of character, with plenty of great restaurants, cafes, and bars nearby, and it was only a 25-minute walk to Alexanderplatz. One small suggestion would be to add a non-slip mat in the bathtub for showering, but apart from that everything was perfect. Simon is a great host, responsive, helpful, and welcoming. Highly recommended.

Es un apartamento de 10 estrellas, muy moderno. Son muy amables, te dejan detalles todos los días, el servicio de check out muy bueno. Permiten guardar las maletas y proporcionan un baño de invitados. Hay una estación de tren a 2 mins caminando que te conecta con las zonas importantes. Muy recomendado.

Fair visit with two collegues was excellent

Wir waren eine Studentengruppe mit 14 Personen. Die Unterkunft war für unsere Größe perfekt! Die Anbindung an die Öffis war von der Unterkunft aus super. Simon, Ben und das gesamte Team haben unsere Fragen super schnell und freundlich beantwortet. Auch bei den Parkplätzen sind sie uns sehr entgegengekommen und haben alles möglich gemacht. Wir haben uns gut aufgehoben. Vielen Dank!!

Place was clean, spacious and train stations were in close walking distance. Host was friendly and always responsive. Would definitely recommend.

Great, spacious apartment, well run Positive: The apartment was in the building that has 2-3 apartments on every floor and they belong to the same company. We were a friend group of 6 people and rented an apartmnet with 4 bedrooms. Everyone was very pleased with our choice of accomodation. The rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable, the whole apartment was very well equipped. We liked that there were 2 bathrooms, and a living room as well. There is a luggage room in the courtday, and a washing room room downstairs. The subway station is nearby. I would definitely recommend this accomodation!

This apartment is extremely well thought out. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. The hosts were great and extremely responsive as well as attentive in leaving nice little treats on our front door. Definitely recommend!

Clean and spacious place, well equipped bathroom and comfy bed. The area around the Airbnb was fun and lively, with plenty to explore. Great transport links to central Berlin as well. Would stay again.

Great apartment ! Pictures are very accurate. Location was outstanding - walking distance to many restaurants, cafes, etc. Bed was very comfortable and the building was quiet during our stay. Simon communicated frequently and accurately - all went very well. We enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to return.

We had a great stay in the beautiful neighborhood of Prenzlauer Berg. Rental Bikes are available which is really nice to explore Berlin. The host and the staff are very flexible and friendly. Thank you!

A great option for Berlin! Positive: The location was excellent! A wonderful neighbourhood for exploring Berlin. The Communication with BenSimon was also excellent. They were very informative before during and after the stay and very responsive. The apartment is very comfortable and spacious and the top outside deck was a real pleasure. Negative: Two small things. The room was not completely clean when we arrived, but the BenSimon folks were quick to respond. Also, with the Berlin heat wave, a more powerful fan in the room (there is no air con) would have been appreciated.
