FEEL LIKE HOME

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Einzig die richtige Tür zu finden war anfangs etwas schwierig, aber die Gastgeber waren telefonisch sofort erreichbar und haben direkt geholfen. Kostenlose Parkplätze an der Straße waren vorhanden, auch wenn man manchmal etwas suchen oder ein paar Meter laufen musste. Insgesamt sehr gut, klare Empfehlung. Eine Wolldecke für abends auf der Couch wäre noch das i-Tüpfelchen gewesen.

Great space for large groups. Close to subway station to get around Berlin. Good communication throughout with host. The place was perfect for our weekend with friends and great value for money.

Wir hatten als 3 Generationen Familie eine sehr schöne Zeit in Ben&Simons Appartment. Die helle und grosszügige Wohnung bot Platz auch ein paar schöne Stunden drin zu verbringen, bei der eisigen Kälte die draussen vorherrschte. Auch sehr praktisch war die Nähe zur U-Bahn und Bushaltestelle. Leider funktionierte die S Bahn nicht wegen Vandalismus. Ein weiteres Plus waren der Edeka und Rossmann, die zu Fuss gut erreichbar waren für Frühstück oder sonstige Einkäufe. Wir sind auf jeden Fall sehr zufrieden und können es nur weiterempfehlen.

Abbiamo soggiornato con la mia famiglia nell'appartamento di Simon, l'host è stato impeccabile, molto premuroso e attento ai nostri bisogni. Ci sono state fornite in modo dettagliato tutte le informazioni necessarie per il check in e il check out. L'appartamento era molto pulito e ben attrezzato, in una zona tranquilla a pochi passi dalla metropolitana.

We were a group of 10 people staying in this Airbnb, and it served us very well! We had two connecting apartments, and they were roomy. Good communication from Simon. Close to public transport, so easy to get around. Some shops, cafés, etc nearby as well, but you'll likely want to jump on a bus or train to get to a more lively area.

Wir haben uns in der geschmackvoll eingerichteten, geräumigen und wunderbar sauberen Wohnung rundum wohl und vom Gastgeber perfekt betreut gefühlt. Kommen gerne wieder!

Отличные апартаменты! Очень удобное расположение — легко и быстро добираться до всех основных достопримечательностей. Квартира уютная, чистая и продуманная до мелочей, есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. Остались только положительные впечатления, всё очень понравилось. С удовольствием остановились бы здесь снова!

Appartamento esattamente come da descrizione, pulito, accogliente, arredato con gusto e comodo ai mezzi di trasporto. L'interfacciamento con l'host è stato chiaro, puntuale e preciso. Riutilizzarei sicuramente il servizio dovessi tornare a Berlino!

Berlin’de yaptığımız konaklamadan çok memnun kaldık.Ev,düzen temizlik ve yerleşim olarak son derece kullanışlı ve yeniydi.Mutfak eşyaları tam ve kaliteliydi.Kışın gittiğimiz için ısıtması son derece iyiydi.Banyo tertemizdi.Simon ve ekibi tarafından her gün verilen küçük hediyeler bizim için güzel bir jest oldu.Apartman içinde aracı ile gelecek olanlar için özel araç park yeri bile vardı.Ayrıca şehir içi ulaşımını tren otobüs ve metro ile yapmayı düşünenler için de istasyona çok yakın konumdaydı.Güzel konukseverlikleri için Simon ve ekibine teşekkür ederiz.

Uno de los mejores airbnb donde nos hemos alojado, impecable, espacios bien pensados, super equipado con todo lo necesario. Todos los dias nos dejaban un regalito, muy atento el anfitrion y super amable. A 2 cuadras hay un supermercado Edeka y la estacion de subte super bien conectado con el transporte publico. Muy silenciosos para descansar. Sin dudas recomendadisimo el alojamento!

Simon harika bir ev sahibi gerçekten, daire tam olarak fotoğraftaki ile aynıydı, çok temiz ve düzenliydi, konumu çok iyiydi, hergün oğluma hediyeler bıraktılar çok düşünceli bir hareketti, Berline yeniden gelsem yine burada konaklardım

Positive: Lovely apartment in a perfect spot, easy walking distance to loads of places you'd want to visit. If you don't want to walk the U2 line is just around the corner. Modern and clean apartments finished to a high standard, very quiet for peaceful sleeping. Would most definitely stay again 5 stars all round

Very convenient

I stayed in Simon's apartment for 3 nights and I highly recommend the area and the apartment. Everything is as it appears in the listing, but what really sets the apartment apart is the attention to detail. I would not hesitate to stay with Simon again. Try the pizza beside the apartment---it's amazing!

Apartament był wyjątkowy, jeszcze ładniejszy i bardziej przestronny niż na zdjęciach. Czysto i przytulnie. Właściciel bardzo pomocny i troskliwy. W apartamencie jest wszystko czego potrzeba na kilkudniowy pobyt. Kosmetyki, ręczniki, wygodne łóżka i dobrze wyposażona kuchnia pozwalająca przygotować posiłek. Nasz pobyt był bardzo udany. Lokalizacja bardzo wygodna - tuż przy metrze. Jeśli wrócę jeszcze do Berlina to już wiem gdzie się zatrzymam. Polecam z całego serca.
