Because of the love of being a host, our mission was very clear and simple from the first moment: To curate an unforgettable and perfect stay for our guests. Our building was constructed at the end of the 19th century (1889) and was completely renovated by us with great attention to detail in 2022.

Location

The aim was to provide each guest with an urban, vibrant environment with a distinctive personality. In each of the 11 apartments, our guests will find high-quality furnishings and extensive amenities that leave nothing to be desired and guarantee maximum comfort.

Fun fact: The British trend magazine "Timeout" has named "Wedding" the fourth coolest neighbor- hood in the world.

The location on Lynarstrasse is ideal for succumbing to the unspoiled charm of Berlin and experiencing the multicultural flair of the lively Sprengelkiez. Numerous latenight shops, great bars, and a diverse gastronomic selection will connect you more closely with Berlin and our Wedding neighborhood. With the S-Bahn and U-Bahn Wedding, you can quickly reach the historic center to discover the full diversity of the capital.

Wir hatten als 3 Generationen Familie eine sehr schöne Zeit in Ben&Simons Appartment. Die helle und grosszügige Wohnung bot Platz auch ein paar schöne Stunden drin zu verbringen, bei der eisigen Kälte die draussen vorherrschte. Auch sehr praktisch war die Nähe zur U-Bahn und Bushaltestelle. Leider funktionierte die S Bahn nicht wegen Vandalismus. Ein weiteres Plus waren der Edeka und Rossmann, die zu Fuss gut erreichbar waren für Frühstück oder sonstige Einkäufe. Wir sind auf jeden Fall sehr zufrieden und können es nur weiterempfehlen.

Uno de los mejores airbnb donde nos hemos alojado, impecable, espacios bien pensados, super equipado con todo lo necesario. Todos los dias nos dejaban un regalito, muy atento el anfitrion y super amable. A 2 cuadras hay un supermercado Edeka y la estacion de subte super bien conectado con el transporte publico. Apartament był wyjątkowy, jeszcze ładniejszy i bardziej przestronny niż na zdjęciach. Czysto i przytulnie. Właściciel bardzo pomocny i troskliwy. W apartamencie jest wszystko czego potrzeba na kilkudniowy pobyt. Kosmetyki, ręczniki, wygodne łóżka i dobrze wyposażona kuchnia pozwalająca przygotować posiłek. Nasz pobyt był bardzo udany. Lokalizacja bardzo wygodna - tuż przy metrze. Jeśli wrócę jeszcze do Berlina to już wiem gdzie się zatrzymam. Polecam z całego serca.

No smoking Smoking (incl. e-cicarettes) is not allowed inside the apartments or the apartment building. We follow a strict anti-drug policy, which includes as well the consumption of cannabis / marijuana etc.

No BBQ Please refrain from BBQing and smoking water pipes on the hotel premises, including on balconies and terraces.

No pets Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any kind of pets.

We have made our entire check-in process available online to provide you with the most flexible and convenient check-in possible. You will receive an invitation for your online check-in within 72 hours before your arrival. The online check-in is an elementary part of your booking, as you will only receive your door code when you have completed the check-in process.

Our apartment buildings and apartments are equipped with a keyless door lock system that can be opened with door codes. The door code usually has 4 digits and is valid from the day of arrival to the day of departure.

The earliest check-in time we can guarantee you is 15 o'clock (3 pm). Previous guests are allowed to stay in the apartment until the regular check-out at 11 o'clock (11 am), just like you. In order to give you a clean and prepared apartment, we need the time in between for cleaning. If we can provide you with the apartment before the regular check-in time, we will inform you on the same day.

The guests who booked the apartment after you are allowed to check into the apartment as of 15 o'clock (3 pm) and we need about 3-4 hours after your departure to prepare the apartment. If the guests after you plan to arrive later, we will be happy to let you know again.

We'd be happy to provide a cot, baby chair, and/or stroller for your little one at no extra charge (subject to availability). Just let us know at least one day before your arrival, and we'll make sure everything is ready for you.
