Feel like Wedding

Ben et Simon disposent d'un large nombre de AirBnb. Cela se ressent positivement par une organisation sans faille et ultra professionnelle tant dans la communication que dans la qualité et la propreté de l'appartement. Tout est pensé pour faciliter la vie des locataires et adresser proactivement toute question que pourrait se poser le locataire. La disponibilité d'un "luggage room" pour entreposer ses bagages après le check-out est aussi un grand plus lorsqu'on a par exemple un vol retour tardif. La rue dans laquelle se trouve l'appartement n'est pas la plus agréable mais la proximité du métro et du train S41 et S42 (à moins de 250 mètres !) compense largement cela.

Our group of eight would not hesitate in booking this apartment again. Located in a quiet neighbourhood but Berlin's public transport is excellent so you're only 20 minutes away from all the major attractions. The nearest underground station is a five minute walk from the apartment as is the nearest shop for all the groceries. The addition of a luggage store is really useful, especially if you're on a short break and want to make the best use of your time without carrying luggage everywhere whilst you wait to check in. The apartment is very spacious, really clean and tidy and has everything you need to have an enjoyable stay.

It was a gratis, clean, spacy and wellicht equiped appartement. It was closed to the u-bahn and s-bahn and had all comfort we neede for our city trip to Berlin.

we booked in at short notice and there were 11 of us. communication and support were excellent. the apartment itself was fantastic. very clean, plenty of room for us all. location was a bit outside the main central area but not a problem at all as its very close to public transport options, or uber/scooter is easy.

We enjoyed our stay at BENSIMON and would definitely stay there again. Positive: The apartment was well appointed, comfortable and clean. Also, convenient to a subway stop. Negative: Nothing bad to say about the property

Positive: Een mooi, modern maar vooral schoon appartement. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Goede bedden, fijne douches en een zeer complete keuken. De ligging was ook ideaal met de metro en een supermarkt op een paar minuten afstand. Negative: Het enige minpunt was dat er twee locaties zijn van Bensimon, en allebei op huisnummer 4, andere straat alleen. En bij beide werkte de inlog code voor de eerste deur. Wij stonden dus in eerste instantie op het verkeerde adres. Eigen schuld, dat zeker. Maar blijkbaar waren we zeker niet de eerste waarbij het mis ging

Die Wohnung war perfekt. Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern dort. Und es hat genau gepasst. Simon war sehr bemüht alles für uns passend zu machen. Und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank

Très bel appartement, très propre. Le quartier dans lequel se trouve l’appartement n’était pas le plus beau, mais à quelques minutes à pied d’un métro qui mène directement dans le centre-ville de Berlin. Les hôtes répondent rapidement et nous avons reçu plusieurs belles petites attentions lors de notre séjour là-bas. La laveuse ne se trouve pas directement dans le logement, mais bien au rez-de-chaussée. Cependant, très facile d’accès en cas de besoin. Il y a même un endroit sécuritaire où vous pouvez laisser vos bagages si vous arrivez avant que le logement soit prêt ou si vous désirez rester plus longtemps dans la journée suite à la remise de votre logement. Nous recommandons!

Mejor imposible. El apartamento muy amplio, todo muy limpio y muy cerca al metro. Habitaciones con mucha luz, los baños muy limpios y la cocina con todo lo necesario. Lo recomendaremos.

Estuvimos 6 personas y fue un lujo. Positive: Appartemento bien decorado, techos altos, señorial, camas cómodas, ducha excelente. Una estancia de lujo. Negative: Pues la simpleza de que no había microondas.

Check in und out haben reibungslos geklappt. Von der Wohnung aus waren S- und U-Bahn gut zu erreichen. Das Appartement war optimal ausgestattet und sehr sauber! Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder!
