Our apartments are located in the heart of the trendy district of Prenzlauer Berg. Known colloquially as "Prenzlberg" by Berliners, it's considered one of the city's most popular and beautiful districts. Life pulsates in this charming area between historic buildings and trendy cafes. Fun fact:The "Choriner Straße" is one of Berlin's top photo spots, known especially for its colorful pennants strung from house to house. They are part of the annual Choriner Straßenfest, a popular neighborhood festival with music and dance.

Topverblijf in de leukste straat van Prenzlauer Berg Positive: In de leukste straat van Prenzlauer Berg met alle leuke restaurantjes en café's om de hoek. De sleutelloze toegang is erg fijn, comfortabele bedden, goed verzorgd en aan alles is gedacht. Negative: Voor de uitslapers : Dit appartement ligt op de eerste verdieping aan de voorkant, boven een Pizzeria. Ramen open betekent pizzageur in de avond en lawaai van buiten in de vroege ochtend. In de nacht is het wel rustig.

Apartment von Vollprofis geführt! Positive: Sehr professionell und routiniert geführtes Apartmenthaus: Kurz vor der Anreise - nachdem alle Hausregeln bestätigt, die Ortstaxe bezahlt und die Kaution via Kreditkarte hinterlegt ist - erhält man den 4-stelligen Code, der sowohl Haus als auch Apartment öffnet. Sehr angenehm: Man braucht weder Schlüssel noch Schlüsselkarte. Unser Apartment ist im Hintertrakt des Hauses gelegen, sehr sauber, sehr ruhig und hat Ausblick auf eine Backstein-Kirche und einen großen Innenhof. Straßenseitig befindet sich im Haus eine "Kiez-Pizza“ (ab 17.00) mit guten Pizzen und gleich daneben ein bekanntes vietnamesisches Restaurant. Überhaupt ist die Zahl an Cafés und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung sehr groß! Ein REWE-Supermarkt ist ca 300 Meter entfernt und bietet alles, was man braucht. Im Apartment selbst ist an alles gedacht, was der Kurzzeit-Urlauber benötigen könnte: Tabs für Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine, Essig, Öl, Kaffeepulver, Filter und am Tisch stehen eine Flasche Prosecco und Mineralwasser und ein paar süße Kleinigkeiten als Willkommensgruß. Der Einrichtungsstil ist skandinavisch ansprechend und frisch. Da wir 8 Tage vor Ort sind, erfolgt eine kostenlose Zwischenreinigung und Bettwäschen-Wechsel. Die Kommunikation ist sehr gut und schnell. Die Anbindung an das öffentliche Verkehrsnetz ist ebenfalls sehr gut, ich bin aber viel zu Fuß gegangen: die Choriner Straße immer „hinunter“ und geradeaus und man ist am Alexanderplatz. - Wir haben den Aufenthalt vorbehaltlos genossen. (Am Tag nach der Abreise wird die Kaution-Hinterlegung rückabgewickelt). DANKE an Ben und Simon! Negative: ((Etwas mehr Ablageflächen, besseres Licht bei den Betten und eine Schere und Schüssel wären noch fein.))

A great location for your stay in Berlin. Positive: The location is great and the apartment is well appointed. The staff were super helpful. The check in and check out were seamless. Negative: There is a lovely outdoor area from the apartment we had on the ground floor but it is so close to where the apartment building rubbish bins are. The WiFi was very patchy and slow.

Positive: La comunicación con el alojamiento fue muy fluida y se preocuparon por nosotros al haber huelga de transportes ese mismo fin de semana, cerca del apartamento hay varios servicios de restaurantes y transporte publico, esta bien comunicado. Most Frequently Asked Questions

We have made our entire check-in process available online to provide you with the most flexible and convenient check-in possible. You will receive an invitation for your online check-in within 72 hours before your arrival. The online check-in is an elementary part of your booking, as you will only receive your door code when you have completed the check-in process.

Our apartment buildings and apartments are equipped with a keyless door lock system that can be opened with door codes. The door code usually has 4 digits and is valid from the day of arrival to the day of departure.

The earliest check-in time we can guarantee you is 15 o'clock (3 pm). Previous guests are allowed to stay in the apartment until the regular check-out at 11 o'clock (11 am), just like you. In order to give you a clean and prepared apartment, we need the time in between for cleaning. If we can provide you with the apartment before the regular check-in time, we will inform you on the same day.

Unfortunately, the latest check-out we can promise you is 11 o'clock (11 am). The guests who booked the apartment after you are allowed to check into the apartment as of 15 o'clock (3 pm) and we need about 3-4 hours after your departure to prepare the apartment. If the guests after you plan to arrive later, we will be happy to let you know again.

We'd be happy to provide a cot, baby chair, and/or stroller for your little one at no extra charge (subject to availability). Just let us know at least one day before your arrival, and we'll make sure everything is ready for you.
