Positive: Super god beliggenhed og utrolig sødt personale Negative: Vi kunne måske godt have fået skiftet håndklæder en enkelt gang. Og vi løb tør for toiletpapir, som vi dog fik anvist hvor vi kunne finde.

Fantastic location! This lovely apartment is in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg and is super close to lots of great restaurants and cafes. The apartment is clean and nice. It is definitely more of an apartment hotel than a traditional Airbnb and the communication from the owner is regular but definitely automated and not personal. This is not a bad thing - clearly it’s a well run operation - but worth noting depending on what someone is looking for. We thought it was a great place to stay. Nice big bathroom and kitchen too, and the bed was comfy. I’d recommend!

Hartstikke fijne locatie voor een verblijf met kinderen. Dicht bij voorzieningen, dicht bij openbaar vervoer en leuke restaurantjes in de omgeving.

This place is brilliant by its location and friendly service. It is quiet and clean. There are tons a quality restaurants close by.

Stilvoll, ruhig, grosszügig, zentral: perfekt! Positive: Optimale Lage Prenzlauer Berg, Blick in den grünen Innenhof, total ruhig, sehr schöne, grosse renovierte Altbauwohnung mit grossem Balkon, gepflegt, super Stil. Wir waren begeistert. Beste Kommunikation, Gepäckraum optimal wenn man früher kommt, sehr aufmerksames Hosting mit Willkommens-Prosecco, kleinen Süssigkeiten nach dem ersten Tag, Tipps für Berlin auf einer Art IPAD. Suuuper Betten, wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Rundherum schöne Restaurants, wenige Schritte zu ÖV, Lift im Haus. Es war einfach perfekt für uns, können Bensimon nur empfehlen. Die Kommunikation war sehr persönlich, schnell und aufmerksam. Top!Top! Top! Wir lieben das Quartier, so lebendig, zu Fuss die tollsten Bars, Läden, Restaurants. Wir kommen wieder.

Wonderful location: loads of bakeries and coffee shops around along with restaurants and shops. There were little notes and gifts every day - which was a lovely touch. Highly recommended!!!

Ruhiges Wohnen Positive: Ruhige Lage ca. 30 Minuten Fußweg zu Hacksche Höfe. Cafes und Restaurants in der Nähe. Schöne Dachterrase. Küche gut ausgeststattet. Negative: Kopfkissen, sicherlich Geschmackssache.

Schon häufig in Berlin, noch nie (!) eine so perfekte Ferienwohnung erlebt!

Simon’s place in Berlin was exactly as described. Clean, peaceful, secure, modern and very comfortable. It was well located for visiting this fascinating city with the added extra of a very responsive team on site! The little extra treats made us feel special. Merci beaucoup Simon ! Teresa and Ted

Simon’s place was great! It is easily accessible to public transportation and restaurants, very walkable and is located in a fab Berlin neighbourhood away from tourists.

We had a wonderful stay at Ben and Simon’s apartment. It’s spacious, comfortable, and filled with thoughtful amenities that made our time in Berlin easy and relaxing. The kitchen was very well equipped, and having a washing machine was a big plus during our travels. We also appreciated the welcome treats—they were such a nice touch! Ben and Simon were excellent hosts and great communicators. They provided city maps and even shared a city guidebook that helped us plan our days. The neighborhood has a friendly, local vibe, with grocery stores, great restaurants, and public transportation all within walking distance. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return the next time we’re in Berlin.

Fijn appartement in leuke buurt met veel horeca en fijne bakkerijen

Lovely apartment in a nice location, quiet but easy access centre and lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. A little on the expensive side but host provided loads of little touches which matched the price (welcome gift, departure gift, tablet with local tips and recommendations et). Only negative I had was that after paying final air b&b installment and before travel we had to pay an extra €220 on city tax’s and deposit that I didn’t see mentioned previously and meant we had to take from our holiday allowance unexpectedly. Overall it’s a great place and with family living close by we will return again

Clean and spacious in a really great neighborhood!

we had a wonderful stay at Simon's apartment. The location was fantastic whether you want a walk to the centre or to have easy access to public transport. The apartment was clean, comfortable and quiet. We really appreciated the occasional check-in from our hosts during our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. Thank you for providing us a great experience in Berlin.
