FEEL LIKE HOME

Très bel appartement, très propre. Le quartier dans lequel se trouve l’appartement n’était pas le plus beau, mais à quelques minutes à pied d’un métro qui mène directement dans le centre-ville de Berlin. Les hôtes répondent rapidement et nous avons reçu plusieurs belles petites attentions lors de notre séjour là-bas. La laveuse ne se trouve pas directement dans le logement, mais bien au rez-de-chaussée. Cependant, très facile d’accès en cas de besoin. Il y a même un endroit sécuritaire où vous pouvez laisser vos bagages si vous arrivez avant que le logement soit prêt ou si vous désirez rester plus longtemps dans la journée suite à la remise de votre logement. Nous recommandons!

Simon’s place was great! It is easily accessible to public transportation and restaurants, very walkable and is located in a fab Berlin neighbourhood away from tourists.

The apartment was very well-maintained, spotless, and located in a convenient area. The hosts were responsive and proactive, ensuring a comfortable stay. However, guests should be aware that there is a €450 refundable bond and a €125 city tax payable outside the Airbnb platform. Additionally, personal information and a copy of an official ID must be provided on the hosts’ external site before receiving the door code for check-in. We felt this process should have been managed entirely through Airbnb for transparency and convenience. Despite these points, we appreciate the hosts’ efforts to provide a pleasant and comfortable experience, and we would still recommend Simon & Ben’s place. Overall rating: 5/5.

Mejor imposible. El apartamento muy amplio, todo muy limpio y muy cerca al metro. Habitaciones con mucha luz, los baños muy limpios y la cocina con todo lo necesario. Lo recomendaremos.

Es war ein fantastischer Aufenthalt in unserer Lieblingsstadt. Die Unterkunft ist großartig, die Einrichtung einwandfrei und durchdacht. Das Apartment ist sehr gut angebunden an alle öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Es gab Parkplätze im Hof, was wir sehr schätzen! Es wird auf jeden Fall ein nächstes Mal geben!

We had a wonderful stay at Ben and Simon’s apartment. It’s spacious, comfortable, and filled with thoughtful amenities that made our time in Berlin easy and relaxing. The kitchen was very well equipped, and having a washing machine was a big plus during our travels. We also appreciated the welcome treats—they were such a nice touch! Ben and Simon were excellent hosts and great communicators. They provided city maps and even shared a city guidebook that helped us plan our days. The neighborhood has a friendly, local vibe, with grocery stores, great restaurants, and public transportation all within walking distance. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return the next time we’re in Berlin.

Estuvimos 6 personas y fue un lujo. Positive: Appartemento bien decorado, techos altos, señorial, camas cómodas, ducha excelente. Una estancia de lujo. Negative: Pues la simpleza de que no había microondas.

Everything about the stay was immaculate, from the communication from the host to the apartment itself. Brilliant location, incredibly spacious, and had everything we could possibly need. Highly, highly recommended.

Fijn appartement in leuke buurt met veel horeca en fijne bakkerijen

Fijne ruimte om in te verblijven in een rustige buurt. De host reageert snel en is zeer behulpzaam.

Wir waren mit 6 Personen als Freundegruppe für ein Wochenende zu Gast in der Wohnung. Alle waren begeistert, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Lovely apartment in a nice location, quiet but easy access centre and lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. A little on the expensive side but host provided loads of little touches which matched the price (welcome gift, departure gift, tablet with local tips and recommendations et). Only negative I had was that after paying final air b&b installment and before travel we had to pay an extra €220 on city tax’s and deposit that I didn’t see mentioned previously and meant we had to take from our holiday allowance unexpectedly. Overall it’s a great place and with family living close by we will return again

Die Wohnung war schön und sauber, leider war dir Heizung ausgefallen, jedoch wurde durch mobile Heizungen schnell für einen Ersatz gesorgt. Leider war es in der Nacht von Samstag auf Sonntag am späten Abend und in der Nacht recht laut, dafür kann der Gastgeber aber nichts. Wir würden es aber an sich wieder mieten, wenn wir etwas in der Nähe geplant hätten.

Wir hatten einen tollen Kurzurlaub zusammen mit der ganzen Familie. Simon war ein toller Gastgeber mit dem Blick auch für Kleinigkeiten. Die Unterkunft war nicht günstig, aber sehr gut.
